First, You book an appointment through whatsApp 03074030.

Second, you visit us at our boutique in Jbeil, facing NDS hospital next to Pauline's secret.

Third, you can try on as many dresses as you want and if you find your desired dress, you pay 50% deposit of the rental fee to book it.

Then the dress is yours for the reserved date.

If appointment is for one person only, the appointment duration is between 30 to 40 minutes.

If you are two or three, the appointment duration is up to one hour.

Kindly arrive on time as arriving late might shorten your appointment duration.

N.B:

-Avoid wearing any makeup, roll on, and accessories to your appointment.

-Please do not bring kids to the appointment.

-One to two accompanied guests maximum are recommended.

We best recommend that you book the dress 2 to 3 months prior your event to avoid any unavailability of the desired date.

We take care of all the details of your dress and you do not have to worry about a single thing.

At the boutique, we are in charge of altering and dry-cleaning your dress to fit you perfectly and nicely.

The rental period is three days.

You collect your dress one day prior your event. You wear it the day of the event, and you return it the next day.

N.B: In some mandatory cases, we are flexible regarding the rental duration.

You definitely can rent a dress for a wedding abroad but kindly note that additional fees might apply to the rental fee depending on how many days you want to book the dress.

We truly understand that some things might happen and you might want to cancel the dress reservation.

But kindly note that deposits are non-refundable in any cases.

In case of cancellation, Point de Vue Boutique will retain the 50% deposit of the dress rental fee.

Once you book a dress, this particular dress is reserved for you on the required date. We won't be able to change it for another one.

At Point de vue, we value our dresses and treat them with utmost care and we expect the same from our beloved customers.

The dresses must be returned in the same condition given to the customer.

No food, oil, makeup, mud and perfume stains. No tears and wears from wearing accessories and evening bags. Also, no burns or big accidents.

If any of the above cases happens to the dress, penalty fees might apply on the customer.
